A local man entered a bar in Middletown, OH and had a verbal altercation with his father. After being asked to leave by the female bartender, he threw a bar stool at her, then proceeded to jump over the bar, drop her to the ground, and stomp her.
Initially charged with misdemeanor assault, officials raised the charge to felonious assault after viewing the surveillance camera footage of the attack
