We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PLACING AN ORDER. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE By submitting any product order, you agree that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please note that these Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to change without notice. SECTION I: PAYMENT TERMS All orders must be paid by credit card or electronic check before shipment. If a customer's credit card or electronic check payment is declined, the order will not be shipped until appropriate arrangements are made to pay the invoice. I authorize PC Surveillance to charge my credit card on file for any and all orders placed, unless other payment arrangements have been made at the time of order placement. I agree to pay for merchandise received and will not request charge backs from my credit card company. Any and all disputes will be settled with PC Surveillance directly. In the event that the company does not have a credit card, a bank routing number and account number must be provided when the order is taken for electronic check (e-check). Order will be shipped upon receipt of funds and bank clearance of e-check. SECTION II: ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT PC Surveillance accepts the following forms of payment: CASH Cash will be accepted for Walk-in/Local Pickup orders only. ELECTRONIC CHECK You may opt to have your check withdrawn electronically, in which case we are usually able to ship your merchandise the same day. However, your electronic check MUST CLEAR THE BANK before your product ships. This process sometimes takes as much as 48 hours. Refer to your financial institution on specific policies regarding electronic check clearance. MONEY ORDERS Money Orders are acceptable for any and all merchandise shipped COD.Money Orders are the only form of payment acceptable for COD orders.Personal and company checks are not acceptable for COD deliveries. CREDIT CARDS PC Surveillance accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for all orders. SECTION III: CREDIT CARD FRAUD CREDIT CARD FRAUD IS A FELONY. PC Surveillance HAS A ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY REGARDING FRAUD. IF WE DETERMINE THAT AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED FRAUDULENTLY, WE WILL REPORT ANY AND ALL INFORMATION TO THE UNITED STATES FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION. SECTION IV: SHIPPING Shipping rates shown online are estimated and do not include shipping insurance, which is mandatory for all orders. Final shipping costs will be calculated at the time of shipment.You will receive an invoice with the correct shipping charges. SECTION V: RESTRICTED AREAS / HOMELAND SECURITY PC Surveillance will NOT ship to persons, entities, or nations that are blacklisted by the United States Department of Homeland Security. We will review all orders for compliance with these regulations, prior to shipment. SECTION VI: WARRANTY POLICY PC Surveillance guarantees all of our video surveillance equipment to be free of defects in workmanship and material, and all stocked items to be in 100% working order prior to shipping to the customer. Unless otherwise specified, PC Surveillance will replace or repair, at our discretion, any item experiencing failure for one (1) year after the date of sale to the customer providing that there is no evidence of customer misuse, abuse, or alteration. SECTION VII: RETURN POLICY AND ADVANCED REPLACEMENT SERVICE Standard Returns Policy:

  • Defective OEM items may be returned to us for repair or replacement (at our discretion), within the warranty period, under the following return conditions:
  • You must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To do so, call us Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 6pm EST, at (330) 637-0499, and press "2" at the prompt. You may also email us at rma@pcsurveillance.net.
  • Return the item to us at the address listed below. Returns must be received in "as shipped" condition, and MUST have the RMA number marked clearly and prominently on the outside of the shipping box. RMA items without an RMA number listed clearly on the outside of the box WILL experience delays in processing. PC Surveillance will not be responsible for any delays with incorrectly labeled RMA packages.
  • Please take care to package your return product very carefully. PC Surveillance is not responsible for losses or damages incurred due to shipping and/or improper packaging. We strongly suggest at least two inches of padding all the way around the product itself. You MUST package your return in a BOX. Do not use shipping bags or envelope as these will more than likely promote physical damage to the items which we will not be responsible for.
  • After receipt of the item, PC Surveillance will repair or replace the item and return it to you via standard ground service. For RMA items within 30 days of original purchase date, PC Surveillance will be responsible for the return shipping charges to you via standard ground service only. Any type of delivery service other than UPS ground service will be the financial responsibility of the customer. For product RMA's outside 30 days of the original purchase date, customer will be responsible for all shipping charges involved with the RMA product.

Advanced Replacement Service: PC Surveillance offers Advanced Replacement Service covering our OEM products and systems for warranty issues within 30 days, as well as items delivered Dead on Arrival (DOA). To utilize our advanced replacement service, please take note of the following:

  • An advanced replacement fee will be incurred with any advanced replacement item. The advanced replacement fee is non-refundable. Fee includes shipping of the item to you and the pre-printed call tag for return shipping of the replaced item to us along with packing material and handling.
  • For all DOA systems and cameras, if applicable, PC Surveillance will file a UPS claim for the product on your behalf. If the claim is paid by UPS you will be reimbursed the advanced replacement fee. Customer reserves the right to file a claim on the DOA product themselves. In this case an advanced replacement product can not be issued. If an item is received DOA, save all of the original packaging material and notify us immediately. Any claim filed with UPS will require inspection of the package and packing materials. No claim can be filed without the original package and packing materials present for inspection.
  • Contact our Technical Support team, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm EST, at (330) 637-0499 (press "2" at the prompt) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as outlined in the Returns Policy. When doing so, please request an Advanced Replacement and we will analyze the situation to see if a UPS claim is in order.
  • Advance replacement service fees are calculated by PC Surveillance as follows for AR product:

  • Upon arrival of the replacement item, repackage the defective item in the same manner and using the same packing in which the new item arrived.Return it to us within 14 days using the provided pre-printed shipping label.
  • In the event that the defective items are not received within 14 days, your credit card will be charged the full cost of the replacement product in addition to the advanced replacement fee.
  • If defective product is received after the 14 day return period, and original product has already been charged, only 92% of the charged value will be refunded. PC Surveillance is not responsible for any bank or credit card fees involved with refunds for RMA charged items.
  • We recommend that items be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. Items must be packed securely (original packaging is preferred) and we recommend that your package be fully insured. Please remember to write the RMA number you were issued on the outside of the package. PC Surveillance is not responsible for lost or damaged items prior to arrival at our facility.

Regarding all returns, be advised:

  • All returns must have an RMA number prior to return, and must be returned within 14 days of the RMA issue date. Any RMA received beyond 14 days of the issue date will incur delays in the RMA being processed. PC Surveillance will not be held responsible for delays with RMA product received after 14 days of the RMA issue date.
  • Any RMA received without the RMA number shown clearly and prominently on the outside of the box WILL incur delays in being processed.PC Surveillance will not be held responsible for delays in processing RMA product packages with incorrect or limited information posted on the outside of the box.
  • Any returned equipment showing physical damage of any kind will result in return of the item or charges to repair or replace the item. Charges for physically damaged product will be determined on a case by case basis. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Any advanced replaced equipment returned in good working order will be returned to the customer. Customer will be charged full value for the AR item in addition to the advanced replacement fee already incurred.Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges of the good working product.
  • Products returned for credit, must be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase, and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. The balance of the credit will be refunded as house credit only. Returns for credit after 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted.
  • PC Surveillance will provide ground shipping only for all RMA sent to you within 30 days of original purchase date. Expedited shipping and shipping charges for RMA product after 30 days of the original purchase date will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Any RMA DVR System whose configuration has been altered from its original state without the authority of a PC Surveillance technician will not be covered under warranty.
  • All of our complete DVR products are designed to work as stand alone DVR's. NOT WORKSTATIONS. Any software and/or hardware alterations made to the system will VOID ALL WARRANTIES with PC Surveillance.
